  I've never seen a service department as bad as this one. We bought our mower from the previous owner of the business. The service was great. After it changed hands they put a weed eater and a chainsaw sparkplug in it, welded on a baffle that fell of when I returned home, told us parts were back ordered when another dealer had them and didn't do the work that I asked them to do. I loved the mower but when I replaced it I bought a different kind from another dealer. Service is everything.
