  Wes is a Joke. I work in health care and its difficult to get off. I had an appt scheduled to have a auto dimming mirror installed in my girlfriends 4Runner. She showed up at 430 and Wes said she was missing a part in the box. She called me while i was on my way up and told me and I told her the part was in the box. I called Wes back and he said he didn't see the part and he had ordered it. I told him it was in the box and could she turn around and drop it off to be installed and he said "No" he would have to reschedule her for next week. As a healthcare professional i know an individuals time is valuable. When I got home she added Wes was giving her the run around about another job running into her appt time anyways. Find another company to have your car audio work done
